You can now generate an LOA (letter of Authorization) for porting of TFN's (Toll Free Numbers) to IXICA by following the instructions below:
Assuming you are logged into Sipcontrol:
- - Select the correct account to which TFN is to be ported (this may be your own account or a client account)
- - Go to LNP, select Generate TFN LOA
- - List all TFN's that are on the same account with the same provider (for additional accounts or provider, create separate LOA's)
- - Click Next
- - The End User information is auto populated for you to save time. However it may not match what the current provider has on file. Please review the information and edit or correct any fields, ensuring the information matches what the current provider has on file
- - Authorized Contact Name is a mandatory field and must be completed manually. Please ensure this name matches what the current provider has on file
- - Click Next
Your LOA should be ready and printable.
