There are one or more Rollover/Hunt group numbers on the account. When porting the main BTN/Pilot we need to address all the numbers on the account. There are 3 options.
- We will have to port all the numbers on the account. In this case we will need a list of all the numbers and will port them along with the requested numbers.
- We will have to disconnect the remaining numbers. In this case we will need a list of all the numbers and we will request a disconnect when we submit the port request.
- We can leave the remaining numbers active with the loosing carrier. To do this we need one of the remaining numbers/stranded numbers and we will make that the new BTN(Billing Telephone Number)/Pilot. The remaining numbers will continue to work with the losing carrier.
Please let us know how to proceed with the request. If the customer does not know all the numbers on their account. They can contact the losing carrier to obtain the stranded numbers or request for an equipment record.
