To enable the Message Waiting indicator for Cisco SPA112 devices using the ICX platform please ensure the following:

In the Mailbox Subscribe URL (found under Line 1 or Line 2) place the extension number full format as follows:

extension number@icx.ixica.com

i.e. 0005*001@icx.ixica.com
