Summary: This article will guide you in how check the status of Local Number Portability (LNP) request through that were submitted though IXICA Business Management Portal (BMP)

  • Once logged into the BMP expand the LNP Management section. You will be presented with several subsections. Click on View LNP Status.  

  • Here you will be able to view the status of all the LNP request that were processed through the portal. Any incomplete LNP's can be continued from where you left off.
  • You can click on the status link to view all the details for each number submitted. 
  • You can also click on the ticket number to view the ticket. Please note that the date we request for may not be the same as the date you have requested. This difference can be due to missing information, holidays, etc.
